Как я и предполагал, просто отписались, типа мол машина американская, а мы - сайт про блютус только для европейских машин. В ответ я сообщил им, что покупал машину в России, то есть в Европе у официала, а их рекомендацию обратиться к американским коллегам могут себе в одно место засунуть, это их система стоит в моей машине, вот сами, мол и обращайтесь к вашим америкосам...
Получил через несколько дней следующий ответ:Please find below instructions to ensure a complete and correct phonebook import.
Please delete all phones from the Handsfree system, then proceed with a soft reset of the phone.
In order to soft reset the phone, please proceed as follows: Turn your phone off, remove the battery and wait ten seconds. Then reinsert the battery and switch the phone on.
Before you repair your phone please ensure that the following is given:
1. Please consider that all contacts should originate from a program such as a Google account or Outlook.
Issues can occur if contacts are synchronised with more than one program or a third party program such as KIES.
2. Contacts need to be stored on the phones' memory and not the SIM card.
3. Issues can occur if contacts are divided into groups such as "Family" or "Colleagues".
4. Please check if you have selected a location/number type for your contacts. All locations other than "Work", "Mobile" and "Home" can cause issues with the import.
5. Please check how the contacts are stored:
-Ensure that the first and last name of every contact is stored in the appropriate field and that every contact is stored with a phone number.
-First and last name must consist of at least 3 letters.
-Spaces that can occur during copying or synchronisation can cause issues with the import.
-Abbreviations and special characters can cause difficulties during the import. The Handsfree system can not process special characters on names or numbers. Therefore, international numbers should be stored without a "+". Please store a number in this format: 00440000 instead of this format: +4400000.
6. The Bluetooth settings need to be checked. Please ensure that the option "always connect automatically" is activated. Furthermore, should this option be available, the connection needs to be set to "trusted". In addition, make sure that the phone is set to "visible" and that there is no "time-out" activated.
Now re-pair your phone and make sure that you initiate the pairing from your Handsfree system. Then activate the search-mode of your mobile phone.
After all of the above settings have been activated please import your phonebook.
With Android phones an additional confirmation may be required, which confirms that the Handsfree system is allowed to access the contacts. This is usually found in the notification bar and does not pop up separately. To accept the request, the notification bar needs to be dragged downwards. Please make sure that the option to allow this every time is marked.
Should you still be experiencing difficulties please try the following:
Backup your contacts to an external storage device. For more instructions on how to proceed, please contact your mobile phone manufacturer.
Once all contacts are backed up, please delete all contacts completely off from your device. Please be aware that we can not be held responsible for possible loss of data. Therefore, please make sure to contact your phone manufacturer for back up options.
Then you can load your contacts to your phone. Preferably synchronise your contacts with your Google account.
Now you can re-import your contacts with consideration to the above mentioned settings.
