This delay occurred solely for circumstantial reasons; your letter has not reached our department to the date, September 17, which Honda Motor Russia forwarded us a copy of your letter. We kindly ask for your understanding that the delay was not deliberately plotted, nor intentionally made.
Honda Motor Russia is currently working towards resolution at their maximum speed in order to make an earliest end to such concerns as you addressed to us in the attachment No. 1, and we assure you that we do and will closely monitor the movements that they make to maintain our customers’ confidence in Honda quality. May we kindly suggest that Honda Motor Russia should be your first contact point, considering the issue is being treated in your native Russia, and they will contact you for the outcome as soon as they know.
The feedback on your attachment No. 2 is greatly appreciated, as they are immensely valuable to us in engineering and designing a product with a higher efficiency. We ensure that these statements are looked thoroughly and absorbed by our colleagues in product development division.
Once again, we apologize for our late reply and thank you greatly for your feedback. In the meantime, we hope to remain faithfully to all Honda customers in Russia, including yourselves, to share the concerns; as your grief is our woe.
